In addition to our standard services, IMG is doing much more to help the people in our community.

Our Specialty Clinic is an ongoing program that focuses on specific health issues in order to raise awareness and improve treatment for patients. Our Clinical Research Department holds regular studies that contribute to the substantiation of safer and more effective procedures and medications. IMG is affiliated with the University of Wyoming Residency Program to help medical residents obtain practical training and experience.

We offer these programs to enhance the quality of our care, to educate, and to enrich the health of the people of Wyoming.
