TELEPHONE CALLS

When you call your doctor during office hours about a problem that is not an emergency, a nurse will try to assist you and answer your questions. Please remember that your physician's entire time is fully scheduled during office hours. If the nurse cannot help you, she will take your phone number so the doctor can return your call as soon as he or she is available.
