In conjunction with your personal physician, the IMG physician usually provides hospital care in the specialty most suited to your condition. Most IMG physicians participate in a formal, mid-day conference each weekday to discuss your problems and progress while hospitalized. This provides additional expertise in managing your medical condition at no additional cost.
