Dr. Michael Miller has worked with the Internal Medicine Group since 2001. A graduate of the University of North Carolina, he completed an internship and residency in internal medicine with Vanderbilt University Affiliate Hospitals.

Dr. Miller is a member of the Wyoming Medical Society.

Ellen Juhl, MD

Dr. Juhl has worked at IMG since 2008. She received her Bachelor of Science and Medical Degrees from the University of Washington. She completed her residency training in Internal medicine at Dartmouth Hitchcock Medical Center. She is board certified in Internal medicine.

Michael Janssen, MD

Dr. Michael Janssen was born and raised in Cheyenne, Wyoming. He has a BS in Biology from Creighton University. He earned his MD from University of Washington and completed his Internal Medicine Residency at Dartmouth-Hitchcock Medical Center. He served as a Chief Resident after he completed training. Internal Medicine Group welcomed Dr. Janssen in June of 2008. He enjoys travel, home improvement, his two black labs, fishing, and other outdoor activities. Dr. Janssen is married and they are expecting their first child in June. Dr. Janssen is board certified in Internal Medicine
