APPOINTMENTS

We look forward to meeting with you at our office. Appointments can be made by calling 307-635-4141 or 800-374-7687 outside Cheyenne, during regular office hours (Monday through Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.).

You may fill out your appointment form ahead of time in two different ways. The first link leads to an online form that allows you to send the information directly to IMG over the Internet. Just click on the link below and follow the instructions.

The second link leads to the printable version of the form. All you need to do is print it out, fill out the necessary information, and either fax it to us or bring it in with you. Our fax number is 307-638-2656.

Cancellations

Cancellations must be made 24 hours prior to your appointment, or a fee may be charged.

Urgent Appointments

We make every effort to see patients with urgent needs within 24 hours. In urgent situations, you may not be able to see your usual physician, but the most available doctor will be pleased to help you.

Emergencies

We work hard to accommodate patients with emergency problems. Please communicate to the operator or scheduler if you think your problem is an emergency, and she will connect you with a nurse for immediate attention. Of course, in serious emergencies, you should go directly to the hospital, as valuable time will be saved in starting proper care.
