Transcription
Our medical transcriptionists listen to dictated recordings made by the physicians and transcribe them into medical reports. The documents they produce include discharge summaries, physical exam reports, consultation reports, and referral letters, all of which become part of a patient's file. Medical transcriptionists must understand medical terminology, be able to translate medical jargon and abbreviations, and comply with specific medical record standards.
