Welcome to Internal Medicine Group of Cheyenne, WY. We are a professional corporation of physicians trained in various medical specialties and subspecialties including Internal Medicine, Cardiology, Endocrinology and Metabolism, Gastroenterology and Chest Diseases.

It is our mission to provide the highest quality, cost-effective primary and subspecialty medical care, education, and research services to the people of southern Wyoming, western Nebraska, and northern Colorado.

Primary Care

Because the demand for primary care has risen, IMG has created a division of general internal medicine in our practice to provide comprehensive health care for adults in Cheyenne and the surrounding communities.

Preventive Care

It is an IMG philosophy that the patient wants primary medical care in addition to specialty care. The physicians believe that by providing general internal medicine services, we foster continuity of care and a more preventive approach to medicine.

Consultative Care

Expert consultation is a critical aspect of our practice. Our physicians give patients recommendations regarding specific health issues and a comprehensive assessment of diagnostic and treatment options.
